Returns & Exchanges
Olìe Biologique offers refund and/or exchange of unused and unopened products within 15 days from ship date, less original shipping cost. Please notify us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org with your Receipt Number for return approval. Once return approval is received, return item(s) to OLIE BIOLOGIQUE LLC, 75 Central Park West, New York, NY 10023. Without prior email notification and authorization and a photo of the incorrect or damaged product, we cannot accept returns. Once item is received we will process return/exchange. We will not accept returns on opened products.
Olìe Biologique is not responsible for any returns lost in the mail. We request that you insure your package containing the product(s) being returned to us and provide tracking information. There are no exceptions to this policy.
Returns for purchases made in a retail location or online store other than Olìe Biologique Shop may not be returned to us.
Orders and/or products that include a special offer, gift with purchase, coupon, discount, or special shipping offer are final sale.
We send samples with every purchase. Samples are limited to the products we have in stock. We regrettably cannot send samples without an order.

All orders are shipped First Class USPS. At this time, we ship only to the US and Canada. For International Orders, please email your request to email@example.com, or call us at 917-750-4005. Expediting shipping is based on destination and weight. Please contact us if you desire faster shipping.
Once a shipment is released to carrier, we are no longer liable in case of loss or theft. In the unlikely event that product is damaged during carriage, please notify us. All packages are subject to the USPS terms and conditions. Please check www.USPS.com for additional information on shipping, including special schedules due to holidays.
We process orders Monday through Thursday (10:00AM – 6:00PM EST) in the order they are received, following credit approval. We strive to have your package ready for shipment within 3 business days and up to 5–7 business days to arrive. Holiday volumes and our regular mid-August Summer Break may add three business days. To check the status of your order, please use the tracking number included in your shipping confirmation email.
